Thorvik International Consulting AS (TIC) is a small European consultancy with a clear focus: Energy, sustainability and climate change. We are located in Brussels and in Oslo, with engagements stretching from Central Asia to the US. Founded in 2008, we group people with a strong background in senior positions in the energy business and in governments.
